A Selection of Essays in Baptist Covenant Theology
This book is an effort to continue the discussion going on in our day concerning the important issue of Covenant Theology among Reformed Baptists. With an introduction from James M. Renihan and contributions by Richard Barcellos, Pascal Denault, Samuel Renihan, Jeffrey Johnson, Tom Hicks, James White and many more, this book is an expression of unity and diversity amongst how the leading Reformed Baptist scholars of our day approach the biblical framework of Covenant Theology.
The views of Nehemiah Coxe, John Owen, and John Tombs repeatedly arise throughout this work and the similarities between Owen’s view of the Covenant of Grace and his Baptist contemporaries are discussed and noted.
